Chinese beauty brand, ‘Dior’ launches in Ireland
Dublin-based Chinese beauty brand Dior, which has a thriving online presence in Ireland, has launched a campaign in the Irish capital that highlights its success in Ireland and how to get there.
The campaign, which will run on Instagram and Facebook, highlights Dior’s success in Dublin, including in fashion and beauty.
It features an ad from the company that highlights how it has opened a store in Dublin’s Southside Shopping Centre.
Dublin City Council has launched its “Go Deeper” campaign in which it encourages businesses to use social media to reach out to consumers who are “interested in Dior”.
The campaign was launched at a Dior store in Co Down, which features a logo that is similar to that of the brand.
Dubai-based Dior is known for its high-fashion products, including a range of lipsticks and eye shadow, and is also a supplier to Apple, Sony and BMW.
The company also offers travel advice, including for those who are planning to travel to Dublin, and the campaign will highlight how to make the most of the city’s nightlife.
Dubbed “Go Deep”, the campaign also features a special section in which Dior will highlight the value of Irish culture and lifestyle and the benefits of Irish travellers.
“Dublin’s night life is one of the best in the world and it is our duty to help you enjoy it, whether it is dancing to Irish music at an Irish bar, visiting a local Irish pub, or having a go at the Irish game at the Celtic Park,” Dior said in a statement.
“We are confident that Dior can make Dublin a truly memorable city to visit, and we hope that you will join us in the coming months and years.”
Dublin Council has a dedicated Irish team, including the department for the city, and will be working with Dior on the campaign.
