When I’m Not Being A Dog, I’m Being A Pet… and That’s Pretty Cool
I have an absolute love for dogs.
But I’m also a lover of people, and that’s where I got my start.
I had always loved animals, especially my beloved dogs, so it’s only natural that when I moved to the United States in 2008, I decided to try to do something to help them.
I started a business selling puppies, and I had my eyes on other dogs in the process.
I also realized that people had to be better at caring for them, too.
That’s when I decided I wanted to be a dog owner.
Since that time, I’ve been doing everything I can to help dogs.
I’ve volunteered with rescue groups, taught dogs new tricks, taught puppies how to be affectionate, and even helped to design dog food to help pets enjoy it.
As a result, I have more than 100,000 Facebook followers, and an entire website dedicated to all things dog-related.
I’ve even got a dog blog and a blog dedicated to my dog, Bella.
So, yeah, it’s a lot to keep up with.
But, like any other hobby, it comes with a price.
One day, I was walking down the street, and my dog barked at me.
“What’s wrong?”
I thought she was just tired, so I tried to calm her down.
But she kept baying at me, and when I walked away, she was barking at me again.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that the dogs on my block were also baying.
They all were!
So I started asking around.
The response was overwhelming.
I realized that I could not just walk by and ignore them.
In the end, I just had to do what every other dog owner does, and work with them.
So I made a list of the dogs that I would love to meet, and decided to do everything in my power to find a dog that would fit the bill.
Of course, when I found Bella, I immediately thought, this is exactly what I wanted.
We spent a couple of months training Bella to do all sorts of tricks, including “playing with me.”
The results were amazing.
After we got her, I tried my best to find her a home, but the only place I could find her was a shelter.
Luckily, Bella was the first dog that I saw that fit my criteria.
Because she was so sweet and loving, Bella and I bonded so quickly.
She was a perfect match for my goals for Bella, and we’re very happy.
Bella and I are so happy to be together.
This is what we want for Bella: a forever home, lots of time with Bella, a happy, happy life.
For Bella: the perfect pet.
